WE DESIGN YOUR vacation home!
WE ARE BASED IN MICHIGAN AND OFFER VIRTUAL DESIGN SERVICES WITHIN THE U.S.
As a designer and short-term rental host, I understand that a successful rental property is about more than just how it looks, it’s about how guests experience and interact with the space.
I’m a residential designer, and over the years, I also became a short-term rental host for our own property in Gaylord, Michigan. That experience has given me a different perspective on designing rentals: creating spaces that are beautiful, functional, comfortable, easy to maintain, and welcoming to guests.
Let me help you transform your property into a space that works for both you and your guests.
Below are examples of properties we’ve worked on over the past few years throughout the Detroit Metro area and Northern Michigan. Our services have included finish selections, paint schedules, renovation design, furniture selection, shopping lists, space planning, and complete setup.
